Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing purchasing, planning, customs and logistics team, fostering a culture of focus, urgency, accountability and continuous improvement.Strategic Leadership: Define and execute supply chain strategies aligned with Waters’ global operational excellence and transformation and global supply chain goals.Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Support monthly IBP processes and weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) to synchronize demand and supply signals across Waters.Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives to optimize inventory, reduce costs, enhance productivity, reduce excess & obsolete stock, and enhance service levels.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.Risk & C...
