About the Role

At Alpha, you will be pivotal in leading engagements to identify and implement solutions for a range of issues facing asset and wealth managers. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business & technology challenges.

• Managing project execution and a team of consultants ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements, including planning the day‑to‑day work of the team, facilitating client interviews and workshops, structuring client deliverables and ensuring Alpha's standards for quality are met.
• Creating a culture of continuous learning for the team and clients, and actively mentoring team members to develop their skillset as they progress in their careers.
