You are a strategic leader who blends brand vision with operational excellence, elevating the in‑store experience, driving business performance, and guiding a high‑performing team.

You are deeply passionate about retail, fluent in brand expression, and skilled at creating scalable, global solutions that support both brand stores and mountain stores across diverse markets. You bring sound judgment, strong cross‑functional relationships, and the ability to move seamlessly between long‑term strategy and daily execution.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work or remote Canada with travel to North Vancouver, BC. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
