Contributes to the overall success of the Global Brand & Client Insights department across the Scotiabank Group of Companies on Canadian and international mandates, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed to support the team’s business strategies and objectives while ensuring compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Lead and drive a customer‑focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Develop and execute all aspects of market research for stakeholders across the Scotiabank Group of Companies, including: Working with business line stakeholders to understand purpose and research needs. Designing end‑to‑end research projects (e.g., developing research proposals, research plans, methodology, target, quotas, timing).
