Drive the Finnair One Crew culture and employee experience through various initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders and BHR colleagues.
Lead strategic culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration and the lived experience of Finnair's values across the organization.
Drive forward strategic organizational development projects related to culture, engagement, organizational design and effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate engagement and development programs, events and selected leadership interventions that reinforce culture and support change.
Support in leadership development and provide coaching to teams.
Support planning and implementation of diversity and inclusion roadmap.
Qualifications
Strong experience in HR development and/or business HR.
