What is the opportunity?Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management & Communications (Global Security) thought leader and subject matter expert to establish OCM as a core discipline within the US CISO organization. You'll design a comprehensive OCM framework tailored to RBC's enterprise security transformation landscape, then build and operationalize an OCM capability that becomes the backbone for all pilots, governance initiatives, and service model maturation efforts.This high-visibility role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
