Overview of role

The Senior Manager, Operations Analytics is a senior role responsible for advancing data‑driven decision‑making across airline operations. This leader will oversee the development and application of advanced analytics and performance insights to improve reliability, efficiency and guest experience across WestJet's network. Working closely with leaders across operations, commercial, guest experience, and finance this role will translate complex operational data into actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in on‑time performance, aircraft utilization, turnaround execution, and overall operational resilience.
