You will participate and influence the design decisions for HR Talent Strategy employee experiences for our employees across our global footprint. You will understand our employeesmotivations and needs, encouraging teams to leverage rigorous design research and usability principles. You will consideremployee interactions and journeys and act as an advocate for their constant improvementidentifying and encouraging the utilization of inclusive design principles and implementation.
