Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee global onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Develop and refine program materials based on feedback
• Coordinate with IT and compliance for onboarding success
• Liaise with Employee Resource Groups for governance
• Manage community initiatives and major events
Requirements:
