Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Business Solutions, the Senior Manager, Finance Platform Solutions is responsible for maximizing the value and use of existing BCI technologies and AI solutions to transform finance processes and workflows across the department. The role bridges finance expertise and finance technologies, working closely with the Technology department to lead finance systems projects, extend existing systems, apply multi-agent AI solutions, integrate finance applications, and deploy low‑code automation tools. The Senior Manager directly leads the Manager, Workday Finance Solutions and collaborates closely with Finance leadership to ensure Finance’s processes and systems align with BCI’s strategic plan and operational objectives.
