The Sr Manager, Compensation provides consulting services to HR Business Partners and their client groups on executive compensation related matters and plays a key role in maintaining program governance. The Sr Manager leads the executive compensation team in identifying opportunities, prioritizing actions and delivering results that support and improve the organization’s compensation solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with the Senior Director, Compensation Programs and VP, Total Rewards to shape and execute the executive compensation strategy.
- Key involvement in developing compensation program content within HR Committee meeting materials.
- Lead planning and delivery of annual compensation cycle for the executive population.
