Primary Function of Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Commercial Operations for Japan. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, Japan and Korea, this role will be responsible for driving sales alignment, commercial excellence, and organizational capability across Japan and APAC’s direct markets.

The Senior Manager will collaborate with regional and country leadership to establish, coordinate, and scale commercialization strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen sales execution, and enhance Intuitive’ s standards of excellence. The role includes supporting key sales roles and programs, developing global customer reference sites, and leading strategic projects that enable the region to meet and exceed its commercial objectives.
