Description In this role, you will:

Lead Babcock Canada’s aviation opportunities and, where appropriate, develop and execute programs aligned with business strategy.

Support development of the aviation business strategy.

Lead the establishment, development and management of an opportunity pipeline aligned with business strategies and goals, focusing on transition from BD to Capture Phase.

Support and lead market positioning activities and identify and establish relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, subcontractors, and acquisitions supporting campaigns.

Lead and manage multi‑disciplinary teams to develop winning proposals that meet customer requirements.
