YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Manager Talent BA (M/F), you work on the following missions:
- Advisory and functional support across one or more Talent domains (onboarding, recruitment, mobility, training, performance, compensation, competencies, talent reviews)
- Business and functional UAT management
- Change management
- Solution deployment and post-deployment support
- Optimisation of operational efficiency by leveraging HR data
- Process modelling
