Position Details
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct legal research and ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand and corporate reputation.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and other documents related to the company’s business operations.
- Assess legal risks associated with business activities and provide accurate legal advice to management and internal functions, including reviewing company policies and procedures.
- Prepare corporate legal documents, including Power of Attorney, Deeds of the Company, and related documentation.
- Oversee the implementation of the company’s compliance programs, including Gift and Hospitality mechanisms—ensuring proper recording, safekeeping, management, and reporting processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with the company’s stakeholders.
