Senior Legal Counsel, Global Technology & Procurement The Senior Legal Counsel, Global Technology & Procurement role primarily supports the Global Technology and Procurement organizations with legal advice and with the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide variety of complex, global commercial agreements with third party suppliers, including SaaS, PaaS software licensing, hardware, IT/consulting services, data center, telecommunications and outsourcing. This position will also provide contracting support to the Marketing Events team. The position will be based in Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, or Toronto, ON.
