Senior Legal Counsel – Finland (Temporary Position)

Vivicta is seeking a qualified in‑house lawyer to fill a temporary full‑time position as a replacement for a Senior Legal Counsel in Finland during maternity leave. The role is an intensive nine‑month assignment from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026, based in Espoo with hybrid or partial remote work.

Responsibilities

You report directly to Vivicta's Head of Commercial Legal and support operations in Finland and, when needed, the legal department in the Nordics and other countries where Vivicta operates. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and drafting agreements, including template and steering documents.
• Providing ongoing legal support to business units regarding customer projects and internal matters.
• Negotiating with customers and suppliers.
