Senior Lead SW Developer, AI/ML Engineering, Digital Services, SW

Location: Espoo or Hyvinkää, Finland (hybrid model - remote few days a week).

What you’ll do

• Design and develop AI-enabled features and services across digital platforms.
• Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into backend systems and applications.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI solutions (data pipelines -> model -> APIs -> production systems).
• Evaluate and experiment with different AI models and architectural approaches (e.g., prompt-based, retrieval-based, fine-tuning where applicable).
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable in production environments.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services in AWS cloud platforms.
• Collaborate across software, data, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
