We are seeking a Senior IT Director – Global Value Streams (Marsh Risk Tech) to join our Marsh Risk Technology team. This role will be based in New York, London, or Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marsh Risk Tech Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Marsh Risk CIO. You will be accountable for the technology strategy and delivery of a global value stream technology portfolio that advances Marsh Risk capabilities across the end-to-end brokerage value streams—Client, Placement, Policy Servicing, Fiduciary, and Claims. Your work will fundamentally improve how we serve clients and colleagues through modern, secure, AI-enabled, scalable technology.
