Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to join our team in Tczew.

This role reports directly to the Indirect Purchasing Manager and plays a key role in driving procurement excellence, building strategic supplier partnerships, and supporting business growth.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Managing RFQs and tender processes for non-production materials and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Negotiating with suppliers to secure best commercial conditions
  • Ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality and continuity of supply
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver procurement support to the business
  • Driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
