Take charge as an Incident Manager focusing on Major Incident resolution. Drive accountability and efficient communication to uphold service levels and satisfy user expectations.
As an Incident Manager, you’ll lead efforts to manage and resolve Major Incidents effectively. This involves escalation in line with established processes as well as tracking and documenting all incident-related activities. Engage in both weekly and monthly reviews to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Major Incident resolution efforts
• Utilize ticket tracking tools for incident management
• Communicate updates to authorized users promptly
• Deliver daily Major Incident summary reports
• Participate in operational review meetings
