To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager who can walk into a complex environment, fix what is broken, and build a best-in-class HR function from the ground up.
Role Overview
This is not a routine HR role. We are looking for a proven HR leader who is equal parts strategist, builder, and operator. You will take complete ownership of the HR department — redesigning every process, fixing every gap, and ensuring that WTF Gyms runs with the HR discipline of a world-class organisation.
