We are seeking a high-performing, analytically driven professional to join our Global Human Capital Insights (HCI) team as a trusted analytics advisor. While reporting and data validation are foundational to this role, the primary focus is on translating workforce data into insights that inform strategy, mitigate risk, and drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and leadership to identify trends and provide consultative, insight-driven recommendations in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.
