Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding of new employeesCoordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performanceContribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talentCoordinate the annual performance appraisal process, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across teamsAct as the main HR contact person for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related mattersSupport general HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
