Senior HR Advisor

Location: Remote or Hybrid – Minimum 3 days a week in Office (London, Ontario).

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional who enjoys working across complex and sensitive people matters. In this role you will provide expert HR advisory support and deliver practical, high‑quality guidance that helps drive positive outcomes and a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of HR advisory cases, including complex and high‑risk situations, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical, and aligned to best practice.
• Provide expert guidance on HR topics such as employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, and compliance.
• Interpret and apply multi‑jurisdictional employment legislation (provincial and federal).
• Act as an escalation point for core client inquiries.
