We are seeking a detail‑oriented and systems‑focused Senior HR Admin to join our Global Shared Services (GSS) team. This role combines hands‑on HRIS operations with system support and project participation, ensuring accurate employee data management and reliable system performance across HR and Payroll platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data transactions in Oracle HRIS, including hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of employee data to support downstream payroll processing.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to maintain data integrity and compliance with SLAs.
- Collect, verify, and manage employee documentation required for payroll and HR processing.
