About the role

Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale our marketing initiatives in international markets, and that's where you come in.

Our team's job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos that convert into closed won deals. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.

In this role, you'll own our inbound motion to drive qualified demos for new logo sales within Latin America. You will manage a multi‑million dollar annual budget, managing the growth strategy across existing paid social channels like LinkedIn and Meta, and you will run experiments on other channels like email, review sites, WhatsApp, and more.

This role is highly cross‑functional - you'll partner with our go‑to‑market, demand generation, marketing operations, and analytics teams (among others) in order to efficiently drive revenue.
