Design, maintain, and optimize digital and spatial databases and tools aligned with operational and legislative needs to support land disposition tracking and compliance. Design, build, and maintain integrated data environments, including ETL pipelines, ingestion from legacy and modern systems, and consolidation into centralized databases and internal BI platforms.
