DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own gross and net new revenue outcomes for the inbound sales organization in Business Sales
- Drive accountability in day-to-day demand and lead generation, proactively managing obstacles to conversion across all lines of business
- Develop KPIs, business review models, and scorecards for assessing and improving business practices
- Proactively monitor campaign execution and effectiveness, improving lead flow and pipeline velocity
- Conduct regular business development review calls with key stakeholders, analyzing KPIs and creating actionable recommendations for improvement
