Senior Estimator

Our Calgary-based client is seeking a Senior Estimator to add to a newly created division within their organization. This role serves as the department’s expert in proposal development, bid preparation, regulatory compliance, client relations, and process improvement. The Senior Estimator leads the full preconstruction and tendering cycle, including reviewing owner documents, coordinating and validating trade pricing, ensuring scope alignment, and delivering complete, compliant, and competitive bids. Success requires strong technical judgment, disciplined procurement management, and the ability to manage timelines for internal review and on-time submissions.
