As a Senior Fund & SPV Accountant your responsibilities are:

• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg SPVs (securitization, debt structures, active trading entities)


• Act as the main point of contact for your entities (Board, auditors, service providers, internal teams)


• Review and control work performed by external administrators and ensure data accuracy


• Prepare and analyze quarterly reporting, cash monitoring, and internal reporting packs


• Produce/review Lux GAAP financial statements when required


• Coordinate with legal, tax and investment teams to ensure proper governance and compliance


• Oversee complex flows (funding, distributions, leverage structures, co-investments)


• Contribute to process improvements and potential internalization/automation initiatives


• Support corporate aspects (board processes, entity lifecycle, documentation)
