We are part of the global Amazon Web Services Financial Operations organization, operating from Bratislava and Prague. We manage collections across a diverse portfolio of Amazon Web Services customers, with a focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. We partner closely with global Financial Operations sites, process improvement organizations, and technology teams to deliver best-in-class collections outcomes. We value curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action.

We are looking for a colleague who will serve as our Collections subject matter expert - someone who combines deep domain knowledge with a technical and analytical mindset to drive measurable improvements across the collections function.
