As our Santiago office continues to grow, BBA is looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team. You’ll prepare capital cost estimates across a wide range of ACCEI estimates, primarily for the mining and mineral processing sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multidisciplinary estimates from first principles in accordance with BBA or client cost guidelines.
• Ensure estimators follow established standards and formats for various classes of project cost estimates.
• Prepare estimate plans and basis‑of‑estimate documents.
• Develop construction labour rates, productivity factors and unit costs.
• Organize estimates based on the work breakdown structure and established account coding.
• Assess allowances, mark‑ups and various costs.
