Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Supervises the work of assigned employees, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
+ Provides leadership for a broad range of comprehensive activities in the areas of institutional research, data governance, enterprise data management, survey research, business intelligence and data analytics to support university's mission and data-informed decision making, planning, and resource allocation efforts
+ Provides information to comply with state and federal guidelines, accrediting agencies, and other external agency requirements
+ Oversees the creation and maintenance of university and executive dashboards and internal reports that are used by campus leaders to drive actions and improvement strategies
+ Directs the administration of institutional surveys and provides consulting services for the design, data collection, and analysis of surveys
