As the company accelerates its expansion, it is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to scale and optimize its global operations function.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute a global operations strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee manufacturing, affiliate production partners, purchasing, demand planning, and 3PL network performance
• Drive operational excellence across cost, quality, delivery, service, and working capital metrics
• Strengthen S&OP and forecasting processes to align Sales, procurement, and production planning
