The Senior Director of Market Access & Government Affairs Canada will play a critical leadership role in shaping that transformation. This position goes beyond traditional market access responsibilities. It requires a strategic leader capable of positioning Incyte as a credible, influential, and trusted partner across federal and provincial healthcare environments, while preparing the organization for future launches, expanded indications, and long‑term growth.
