Overview

The Senior Director, Corporate Real Estate Canada Office is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of Corporate Real Estate services to the RBC businesses throughout the Canadian region.

Responsibilities

• Provide real estate expertise, strategy and direction on all property initiatives throughout the region in support of business strategic objectives.
• Oversee execution of property transactions, supported by global Centres of Excellence as required.
• Oversee efficient execution of lease administration for the regional portfolio and maintain compliance with regional legislation, enterprise and CRE policies and standards.
• Establish and achieve CRE savings targets in liaison with CRE Global Operating Committee and CRE Finance team.
