Role Overview

The Senior DevTools Engineer / Atlassian Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade workflows, automations, and integrations across Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. This role is hands‑on and focuses on workflow engineering, system integrations, and AI‑assisted enhancements to improve engineering productivity and ITSM alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Jira workflows including conditions, validators, and post‑functions.
