Position Details
Responsibilities - As a team member, you will have an operational engineering role responsible for managing storage environments used for several external and internal cloud solutions and delivering to meet expectations.
- Regularly maintain and update NetApp Enterprise storage systems to ensure high performance, capacity, and security.
- Configure and optimize Ceph storage infrastructure for peak performance.
- Handle storage provisioning and development within the Ceph and enterprise storage environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to performance or reliability across all storage systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of Ops services in terms of process design, tool advancement, better operational efficiency, reduced TCO, support quality, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
