The Role

Within our Database Administration team, you will administer the backbone of our technology infrastructure, designing and documenting system architecture, configuring and maintaining database management systems, managing user access, implementing security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and supporting end users and application developers.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain database management systems.
• Manage user access and enforce highest security standards.
• Develop and test disaster‑recovery plans and backup strategies.
• Support end users and application developers with complex database issues.
• Implement policies and procedures to protect data and prevent external threats.
• Conduct capacity planning and growth projections to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate database projects and propose enhancements.
