Take charge of an exceptional customer experience as the Senior Customer Support Team Lead. This hybrid opportunity allows you to influence and guide a team of 15 during late-day shifts from 12 PM to 9 PM ET.
Your focus will be on developing associates and handling complex customer situations. As the most senior leader on shift, you’ll provide support to both team members and the technology they rely on, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Leverage your coaching and judgment skills to empower team members and create pathways for their advancement.
