Senior Corporate Engineering Manager
THE ROLE
Lead and deliver engineering projects, ensuring delivery in line with schedule and budget, and in compliance with HSE and GMP standards; Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams, supporting troubleshooting, optimization, and implementation of plant modifications or new technologies; Define the engineering investment plan, ensuring alignment with business priorities; Perform and review feasibility studies, supporting concept selection and ensuring fit-for-purpose and cost-effective design solutions; Promote and apply Lean CapEx and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles, ensuring right-sized design, cost-effective solutions, and long-term sustainability of investments; Oversee all project execution phases, managing contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; <...
