Senior Controls Engineer focuses on design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of PLC/SCADA systems in a medical device plant, emphasizing troubleshooting and continuous improvement of high-volume production systems. Location: United States Key Responsibilities

Develop specifications and user requirements for controls, SCADA, and communication systems. Oversee OEM machine controls design to ensure safety and performance compliance. Support installation, FAT/SAT, validation, and commissioning of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment downtime and quality issues. Implement improvements to enhance safety, yield, and productivity. Manage PLC programs, firmware, and system security. Optimize HMI, SCADA, MES, and vision inspection systems.
