Senior Controlling Specialist (Temporary)

Join Kaizen Gaming as a key member of our Controlling team, monitoring budgets, cost accuracy and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget for assigned areas and ensure accurate and timely cost recording.
• Partner with stakeholders to oversee ongoing and ad‑hoc costs.
• Lead monthly cost review meetings with stakeholders to monitor expenses, confirm accruals and recommend adjustments to plans when needed.
• Participate in the month‑end accounting closing process and handle accruals and reconciliations for assigned areas/teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between cost owners and Finance, ensuring clear communication and alignment on financial matters.
• Ensure data integrity through systematic reviews, reconciliations and process controls.
