Job Description

•Review concession data for completeness and accuracy.•Analyze deviations from engineering drawings, specifications, standards, or process requirements.•Co-ordinate with Quality team for any clarifications required related to Non conformances.•Liaise with multiple functions to ensure most appropriate repair solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance, and installation requirements.•Coordination with Supply chain on the availability of rare repair fasteners before finalizing the disposition•Provide disposition decisions (use as is, repair, rework, scrap, return to supplier).•Identify repeating issues and escalate for corrective action •Propose design improvement to Engineering on repetitive defects and manufacturing teams to strengthen process controls •If required, Design Special parts to resolve nonconformity.•Review concession and recommend for design change request if nonconformity is caused by design issue.•Manage engineering da...
