Senior Consultant-OCM, Workforce Transformation

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Technology focused Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design experience within several of our focus industries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support client engagement teams in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Learning, and/or Organizational Design services Lead a small team of analysts and consultants Responsible for gathering client data and providing analysis to support design of solutions Support development of work products following project guidelines, such as creating communications, end-user documentation and job aids Track program metrics and status Lead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process Actively contribute your ideas to provide solutions for clients Support the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral devel...
