We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager – LATAM to join our team based in Mexico City (On site)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen the Compliance function across Latin America, partnering with regional leadership to promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and responsible business practices.
Lead the regional Compliance strategy and initiatives across LATAM.
Partner with business leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Support the implementation of global policies and regional best practices.
Drive ethics and compliance awareness through training and communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong compliance culture.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
~8+ years of experience in Compliance, Corporate Ethics, or Internal Audit.
~ Regional LATAM experience.
~ Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
