Senior Commercial Account Manager

Full‑time position based in Red Deer, Alberta. You will interact with commercial clients, maintain professional business relationships with existing and new customers and insurers, manage a full book of business, review and prepare client files, lead marketing efforts, and evaluate and price insured risk.

Qualifications

• Active Level 2 General Insurance License
• 5+ years commercial lines experience at a brokerage
• Strong track record of managing and retaining a commercial book of business
• Strong marketing instincts – know how to position risk and maximize insurer relationships
• Clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues
• Organized, client‑focused in a fast‑moving environment
• Comfortable working in Windows‑based systems
• Experience with EPIC highly preferred
