This role is aimed at a Senior Change AI Consultant capable of combining methodological excellence, employee experience design, AI and dedicated agents.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Senior Change AI Consultant (M/F), you support strategic transformations within our Augmented Change Factory by mobilising frameworks, toolkits and AI change agents.

• Conduct comprehensive scoping: impact studies, personas, use cases, mappings, trajectories
• Design and oversee end-to-end support strategies
• Build communication plans, learning pathways and adoption tools
• Facilitate co-design workshops (products, processes, materials, journeys)
• Deploy field actions, governance and reporting
• Use and evolve our industrialised assets (frameworks, toolkits, AI ch...
