Fortum's People function is looking for a Senior Business People Partner located in Espoo, Finland. You will work in a business‑oriented, fast‑moving and customer‑driven organization, where you will advise, challenge and support business leaders and leadership teams in strategic People matters. You will co‑operate broadly with other People colleagues in Fortum and you will report to Vice President, People. You will work as a member of the Finnish People Partner team that consists of 10 People professionals.

About you

• University degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience working as a senior Business People Partner in a complex organization
• Strong business understanding with ability to link people topics to operational and financial outcomes
